Website Maintenance Packages

ABORG is pleased to offer flexible Website Maintenance Packages for our customers. Website Maintenance Packages are blocks of hours that are pre-purchased by customers at a $20 per hour discount when compared to our regular hourly rate. These hours can be used for website services including maintenance and updates at any time within one year of the purchase date. Maintenance Package customers receive priority attention for updates as they have pre-paid. We aim to have updates completed within 24-48 hours. A detailed log is kept recording all updates and accounting for all time spent.

Maintenance packages are available in blocks of 5, 10 & 20 hours.

Advantages:

  • Changes are made in increments of 15 minutes we do not charge for a full hour for a 15 minute update.
  • You send us an email listing the site changes. Or give us a call and specify the changes over the phone.
  • Updates are made and posted live or on a beta page for customer approval.
  • We aim to have updates made within 24-48 hours.
  • Continuity – ABORG is familiar with all updates to the site and can thus update the site in a more efficient manner than a company who is not familiar with the site. This saves you money.
  • The hours you purchase are good for a whole year from time of purchase. So if you buy a 10 hour package and only use 7 hours with your immediate updates, you still have 3 hours to use anytime within the coming year.
